Because no business can outgrow the woman leading it — and no amount of mindset work expands what your body hasn't learned to hold yet.

No — this is coaching, not therapy. We don't dig into your past or process trauma. Our focus is your present and future: expanding your nervous system's capacity now, so you can meet what's ahead of you with more ease.

You don't need any prior experience. Most founders who join haven't worked with their nervous system before — they've just noticed that pushing harder and strategizing more stopped moving the needle. We start wherever you are, with a capacity audit in month 1 to map your starting point.

Each month includes two 1:1 60min calls, plus ongoing support via Telegram between sessions — so you're never holding a shift alone until the next call. You also get permanent access to a Notion portal with a library of somatic tools, yours to keep and return to during and after the program.

Nervous system capacity doesn't expand overnight — it needs enough time to actually rewire, not just talk about it. Six months gives room for all four phases: auditing where you're starting from, doing identity work, expanding your nervous system through body-based practice, and integrating what's changed so it holds after we finish.

We don't offer refunds once the program starts — the application and our call together are how we make sure it's the right fit for both of us before you commit. But life happens. If something comes up mid-program, we can pause your container for up to 3 months and pick back up when you're ready, rather than losing your spot altogether.

I always knew two things.
First that I’m beyond-average obsessed with human body. Second that I'd be an entrepreneur.
Freedom's one of my core values, and business was always going to be my way there.
But as I was growing my own businesses, I kept hitting the same wall: I felt blocked.
Not by strategy, but by my own nervous system.
And then I saw it everywhere — in founder after founder around me.
That's where the core of my work was born: No Business Can Outgrow
The Woman Leading it.
I used my 10 years of yoga practice, my somatic knowledge, and my own first-hand experience to built a space that simply didn't exist yet — Founders Shala. One that focuses on expanding the Woman, not the business itself.
My deepest goal behind this work is to help Women unlock their full potential, build robust businesses to grow their generational wealth,
