I believe women are made to lead.
I work with the Woman doing the business and
her body.
For years, I operated from high performance and internal pressure. I was achieving externally while overriding myself internally.
I knew how to push results.
But I didn’t know how to hold them, while staying sane in mind.
Eventually, my system collapsed. I burned out, had two panic attacks and hit a wall after witnessing a close-to-death accident of my loved one.
That collapse revealed something I couldn’t ignore:
Growth cannot be maintained without capacity which can hold it.
So I rebuilt mine.
Through years of somatic work, nervous system regulation, and self-leadership embodiment,
I learned how to expand what I could hold internally without abandoning myself in the process.
That became my work.
